For the curd cheese malakoff slices, beat the whole eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Mix flour with cocoa and gently stir in.

Pour the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 200 °C top/bottom heat for about 15 minutes.

For the filling, meanwhile, whisk the yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy and stir in the curd cheese and lemon juice well. Soak the gelatine in cold water and dissolve in the warm milk.

Stir into the curd mixture when cooled and fold in the whipped cream. Place the sponge cake in a larger loaf pan, layer the dipped sponge cake and the cream in it like a tiramisu.

Fold in the overhanging edges of the sponge towards the center and weigh down with a board. Place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours and then remove from the mold.
