Heat the butter in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the ham briefly in it. Now add the pasta and sprinkle everything together with the cheese.

Mix the cream, eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Spread evenly over the pasta. Cover and cook at low temperature – this is important so that the omelet dough does not burn! – Cook until the egg mixture has set. Turn out the omelet onto a preheated platter.

To serve, cut into pieces like a cake.

Serve with green salad or leaf salad of beet, carrot, tomato (beet) and/or cucumber.

Tip: It is best to use your favorite ham – then your dish tastes twice as good!
