Peel the cooked potatoes and cut into slices. Cut the onions and roast them. Add roasted flour and fill up with beef broth. Add the spices as well and do everything together for 1/2 hour. Now take out the clove as well as the bay spice. Put the potato slices into the sauce form. Season strongly with salt and freshly ground pepper. Let it bubble up again (perhaps with a piece of meat sausage) and serve.

Tip: Cook only with high-quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
