For the rum glaze:




Instructions:

Cream butter with powdered sugar in a bowl, gradually add yolks.

Melt the chocolate over a bain-marie and add to the egg mixture. Add rum.

Beat egg whites with granulated sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until stiff.

Mix flour and walnuts, stir into egg mixture, fold in beaten egg whites.

Grease and flour a baking tray, spread the mixture on the tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (convection oven) for 20 minutes.

For the glaze, mix the powdered sugar and rum. Apply to the warm rum slice, wait a short time and then cut into pieces, let cool until ready.
