Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

(*) Basil Sauté garlic and onion in the butter and 2 tbsp. oil until soft. As soon as they take color, add pelati and 2 to 3 sprigs of basil.

Season with salt and pepper.

In another saucepan, sauté the anchovies until soft, mash them with a fork and mix them with 1 tbsp of oil. Mash the tuna also with a fork and add to the anchovies form. Sauté for a few minutes. Only then add to the paradeiser sauce form and make another 40 min.

Make the pasta in boiling hot salted water according to the instructions. Put the soft pasta in a large enough bowl and mix well with the ragout. Bring to the table hot.
