Peel radishes and hollow out well. Cream butter with whipping cream, salt and pepper. Cut meat, cucumber, cheese and tomato peppers into small cubes. Mix everything into the butter. Finally, season with the herbs. Fill the radishes with this mixture and chill well in the refrigerator.
Serve stuffed radishes on a wooden board with country bread and butter. Serve with a cool beer.
