For the filling and topping:


Stir the fat until thick and creamy. Stir in sugar, grated orange zest, eggs and the mixture of cornstarch (cornflour), flour and baking powder. Pour the batter into a loaf pan (30 cm long) lined with greased parchment paper and bake. Cut the cooled cake lengthwise into 6 pieces, spread them with warmed chocolate and assemble repeatedly according to the shape. Brush the top of the cake with chocolate and dust with powdered sugar when cool.
