Beat the pear syrup, eggs, milk, raisins and cinnamon and mix together with the bread cubes.

Melt the butter in a non-stick frying pan and briefly roast the apple pieces in it. Add the bread mixture to the apple form and roast together over medium heat until golden.

Apple puree goes great with this.
