For the mushroom curd with ham, drain the mushrooms and collect the liquid. Finely dice the onion and finely chop the parsley. Sauté mushrooms together with the onion in a heated pan for about 5 minutes.
Mix the curd cheese with the mushroom liquid. Add lemon juice, ham cubes and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, sprinkle with parsley the mushroom curd with ham.
