A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!
Make a dough from the ingredients for the pasta, cover with damp tea towels and rest for 30 min. Then divide the dough into two pieces, roll out thinly, sprinkle with flour, carefully place the two pieces on top of each other and cut into 8 mm wide strips. Cook in salted water until al dente.
For the sauce, clean the mushrooms, cut them into cubes and roast them in a frying pan with a little oil, garlic and herbs, add clear soup.
