For the one-pot curry, melt clarified butter in a pot and fry the peppered turkey fillets, finely dice the onion and add it, turn the meat.
Then add the rice, stir well, pour about 250 ml of water. Add chopped nuts, dried goji berries, raisins and the curry powder, chopped mint, and salt to taste.
Simmer with the lid closed for 15 minutes on the lowest heat. If desired, add a handful of white or red currant, stir and leave to infuse for another 5 minutes with the flame turned off.
