A great cake recipe for any occasion:
Mix ingredients in a large baking bowl. Divide quantity into thirds, fill into freezer bags and seal neatly. (Place in freezer for longer storage).
Makes 3 bags for 12 pancakes of about 120 mm ΓΈ each.
(Also neatly suitable as a gift).
Preparation of the pancakes:
To one package of baking mix 1, add one-quarter cup tap water, 1 egg, and 2 tbsp oil; mix until shallowly moistened.
Heat frying pan over medium heat. Grease with oil or possibly clarified butter.
Use one-quarter cup batter per pancake. Bake pancakes until golden brown.
