Mix butter with sugar and salt until thick and creamy, fold in egg and sour cream or crème fraiche well, stir in vanilla, flour, oat flakes and baking powder briefly, fold in chocolate chips.
Make small mounds and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a heated oven at 180 degrees for about 10-15 min.
Note package: original recipe uses 250 g sugar, but have already got the cookies with only 100 g sugar from Gertrud, were so tasty, butter replaced by whole milk yogurt, raw cane sugar taken, sour cream or crème fraiche replaced by sour cream, dark chocolate 70% chopped into small pieces and taken, my cookies are in contrast to Gertrud’s cookies rather soft, taste super tasty!!!!
Tip: Use yes as needed a normal or light yogurt!
