For the potato-herb strudel, slice the cooked potatoes and mix with the cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

Fill the mixture into the puff pastry or strudel dough and bake in the oven at 180-200°C until the strudel is golden brown (about 30 minutes). With a salad to it the Erdäpfel-Kräuter-Strudel is a wonderful lunch.
