For the oatmeal biscuits, toast the oatmeal in butter. Beat the egg and sugar until foamy.

Stir the cooled oat flakes, the flour and baking powder, as well as the scraped apple with so much milk that the dough remains quite firm.

Use a spoon to place small heaps on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake the oatmeal biscuits at medium heat until golden brown.
