For the oatmeal biscuits, cream together sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla sugar. Carefully stir the oat flakes and cocoa into the mixture.

Line a baking tray with baking paper, place small heaps of the mixture on it with 2 spoons and bake at 175 °C for approx. 20-25 minutes.
