Instructions:

Roll out puff pastry thinly and cut into strips about 18 cm wide. Brush with briefly beaten egg white or heated apricot jam and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Fold in and cut into strips about 5 mm wide. Place on an oiled baking tray or one lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for approx. 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the hot tray and allow to cool.
