For the baked Weißwurstradln, skin the sausages and cut them into 2 cm thick slices. Stir the two types of mustard and horseradish together to make a marinade and season with a little salt and pepper.
Put the flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
First marinate the Weißwurstradln with the mustard-horseradish mixture, then coat them with the flour, egg and finally with the breadcrumbs.
Fry the breaded radln in a little olive oil and butter until crispy and drain on kitchen paper. Arrange the baked Weißwurstradln and serve.
