For the nut cookies with cranberries, cream the butter with the sugars. Stir in the egg and knead in the flour mixed with baking powder. Knead in the cranberries and nuts.
Form dough into a 1 1/2-inch-thick roll and chill very cold. When the dough is hard, cut off slices about 5 mm thick and bake the nut cookies with cranberries at 180° for about 10 minutes.
