For the nut strudel, make a smooth dough with butter, milk, flour, sugar, yeast and egg. Let the dough rise until it has doubled in volume.

Knead the dough again by hand and roll it out. For the filling, mix Nussfix with milk and sugar until smooth and spread on the dough.

Roll up the dough, place it on a baking sheet and let it rise again for about 10 minutes. Brush with milk and bake the nut strudel at 180 °C top-bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
