Rinse the rabbit under cold running water, dry, skin, remove the fat, cut into portions, rub with salt and pepper.

Heat the butter (1) and brown the meat on all sides. Add bay spice, thyme and garlic cloves to the meat, fill up with a little bit of the clear soup, stew in about 60 min. gradually add the beef broth.

Peel and dice the onions. Peel and rinse the carrots, cut them into slices. Peel the tomatoes, remove the stalks and cut them into slices.

Cut the bacon into cubes, fry, add the rest of the butter and sauté the vegetables. Sprinkle with flour and stir, 20 minutes before the end of the cooking time add to the rabbit form and continue to cook.

Season the dish with pepper, salt, sugar and paradeis pulp, sprinkle with parsley.
