Instructions:

Cut bread into 1cm cubes. Peel 2 cloves of garlic, press, stir with 3 tbsp. oil. Toast bread in garlic oil in a frying pan until crisp.

Clean lettuce, rinse, pluck into bite-sized pieces. Cut cheese into cubes. Remove the shell from the egg, chop finely.

Stir through juice of one lemon, salt, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and 4 tbsp. oil.

Rub plate with garlic clove, spread thinly with marinade. Place lettuce on top. Evenly distribute egg, anchovies, cheese cubes on top. Drizzle marinade over. Sprinkle with bread and parmesan.
