Wash all the leaves well and shake dry. Pluck the batavia and radicchio leaves, finely chop the wild herb leaves.

Mix the marinade of oil, vinegar, salt, mustard and agave syrup and fold in all the salad and wild herbs.

Garnish with goutweed flowers, wild garlic buds and blossoms.
