For longanizas, heat the oil in a pan and fry the bell pepper sausages all around, remove from the pan and keep warm. Loosen the drippings and boil away with a dash of water if necessary. Stir in the cooked rice and fry in the drippings, turning constantly.

Arrange the sausages and place the fried rice on top.
