For the apple cookies, knead a dough from all ingredients except the jam and refrigerate it for about half a day or overnight. Then knead, roll out about 4-5 mm thick and cut out little apples with a cookie cutter.

Make a small hole in half of the ramekins, I used a flower cutter. Bake at 180 degrees top/bottom heat until light brown, I had 2 tray full of cookies.

Cooled cookies with jam stick together.
