For the stuffed pointed peppers with cauliflower and feta cheese, wash the pointed peppers well, remove the stem with seeds and cut them in half lengthwise.

Pour the chopped tomatoes all over in a baking dish (large enough to fit the bell pepper halves side by side) and place the bell pepper halves on top.

Now crumble the feta cheese. Cut the cauliflower florets into very small pieces or chop them with a food processor and mix them with the feta cheese, fill this mixture into the bell pepper halves.

Mix well the sour cream with the egg and the grated cheese and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Now spread the glaze well all over the dish. Bake at 180 °C in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
