For the marble cake, separate the eggs. Beat the whipped cream until semi-solid and, while continuing to beat, stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar.

Gradually stir the yolks into the mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in. Divide the mixture in half and stir Nutella into one half.

Grease a cake pan with butter, sprinkle with flour and pour in alternating light and dark mixture. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 1 hour.
