Instructions:

Mix oil, vinegar and dill and preferably infuse a little bit. Salicornia rinse, prepare, strain and cool.

Mix mustard and honey with dill (oil, vinegar, see above), add some more flavor with pepper. Combine the salad dressing and the goat cheese with the lukewarm salicornia and serve with lightly smoked salmon.
