For the lime cheesecake, line the pan with baking paper. Melt the butter. Finely crumble cookies in a freezer bag. Mix with butter and vanilla sugar. Press the cookie mixture onto the bottom of the mold. Preheat the oven to 180°.

Mix cream cheese, cream, sugar, starch, eggs and lime juice. Spread the mixture on the bottom. Bake in the oven (center, convection oven 160°) for about 45 minutes, if necessary cover with baking paper.Then let the cake cool in the mold for several hours.
