Pasta dishes are always a good idea!
Make gnocchi according to package directions in salted water with oil (rather shorten the cooking time a tiny bit). Pour drained gnocchi into an ovenproof dish. Stir hollandaise sauce with crushed garlic and milk. Pour over gnocchi. Place in oven heated to 225 °C / 200 °C / gas mark 4 and bake gnocchi for 15 minutes until golden. Serve with basil leaves.
