For the herb wings, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Place the raw chicken wings in a roasting pan and drizzle with the oil.

Chop all the herbs very finely with a sharp knife and spread over the meat. Now sprinkle some salt and the grill seasoning over the wings. Then mix everything together by hand. (Wear plastic gloves if necessary).

Mix until all the herbs and spices are well mixed with the wings. Roast in the oven for a good 45 minutes.

Transfer the wedges to a separate baking dish and let them crisp in the oven at the same time. (Duration according to package instructions)
