Kohlrabi Greens with Pork Tenderloin

Instructions:

Rinse pork tenderloin and dry with paper towels. Using a sharp kitchen knife, cut into paper-thin slices.

Place meat slices in baking dish. Mix cilantro, worchester sauce, curry, pepper and thyme. Mix with meat.

Peel and finely dice onion and add ditto.

Rinse kohlrabi, clean, quarter and chop into slices. Rinse carrots, separate from peel and chop into thin slices.

Place vegetable bullion and kohlrabi in a microwave-safe dish (approx. 280 mm ø). Cover with a suitable lid or microwave foil and sauté at 600 watts for 5 minutes. Add carrots, place underneath and steam covered at 600 watts for another 8 min.

Season.

Rinse parsley, dry and pluck leaves from stems. Finely chop parsley and mix with nuts, oil and lemon peel.

Add meat with marinade to greens in microwave dish.

Cover and sauté at 600 watts for 5 minutes. Add kitchen herb and nut mixture to it . Cover and let stand in microwave off for 5 min. Season to taste.

Sprinkle with hazelnuts if desired.

Serve with a wild long grain rice mixture.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – these are also characterized by a fresh taste!
