For the potato loaf, peel the potatoes, cut into quarters, boil in salted water and allow to steam. Then mix them with yolk, nutmeg and salt.

Shape into small loaves and fry in a pan in hot fat. Serve the potato loafs with salad. Drape some sour cream on top and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
