Try this delicious cake recipe:
Grease the cake springform pan and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Gently melt the butter.
Beat egg yolks, cinnamon, marzipan paste and salt until creamy.
Beat egg whites and sugar until creamy.
Blend 1/3 of it with the marzipan mixture, then fold in the remaining whipped cream together with the flour and cocoa mixture. Finally, gently mottle with melted butter and ginger.

Fill the amount into the cake springform pan and bake in the heated oven at 160 °C a. 60 min.
Cool in the form, only then turn out.
Note: the cake tastes best when baked the day before.
