Instructions:

Peel the pears, cut out the core and chop finely with the rum raisins.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add pears and raisins as well as the preserving sugar and cook according to package instructions.

Before filling, stir in the cinnamon well and simmer briefly.

Pour the jam into hot jars and seal well.
