Cut the well washed and dried zucchini into very thin slices. In a large frying pan, pour the olive oil about a finger high and heat. Salt and pepper the zucchini slices and coat them in flour (shake off excess flour with the help of a sieve). Now deep-fry the zucchini in small portions (otherwise the oil will cool down too much), turning constantly until golden brown. Drain well on paper towels and serve hot.
