Crush coriander root, garlic and peppercorns in a mortar ( or whisk if necessary ), knead well with long-grain rice, salt, minced meat, tomato ketchup, and 1 egg, then form into balls and flatten.

Turn first in flour, then in egg and in breadcrumbs on the other side, roast until golden. Serve with pineapple slices.
