For the flaxseed bread, first put all ingredients in a wide bowl and prepare into a yeast dough. Knead by hand for 7 minutes, with electric hand mixer and dough hook at least 3 minutes at the highest speed. Let dough rise in baking bowl with lid closed for 30 minutes. Flour the surface. Knead dough briefly, form into a dough strand and place in a greased loaf pan (about 30 cm long). Let rise again with lid closed for 45 minutes until it has increased in size significantly. Brush with water and perhaps sprinkle with sesame seeds or cereal flakes. Bake in a heated oven for 45 minutes at 225 °C (convection oven 180 °C).

After baking, remove the flaxseed bread from the pan and let it cool on a wooden board or grid before cutting.
