A cake recipe for all foodies:

Beat the eggs with the sugar until thick and creamy. Add the cream and lukewarm butter. Mix flour and baking powder and gradually add sifted to the amount. Add lemon zest and rum.
Leave to cool for 15 minutes. Brush the fish dish with melted butter, pour in the batter and bake at 180 °C for about 30 minutes.
