For the blueberry jam, first puree the blueberries using a hand blender. Then boil the jelling sugar according to the package instructions and add the pureed blueberries, as well as the chopped mint and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Pour the jam, still hot, into jam jars, seal tightly and place, lid first, in a pan of cold water.
