Cream butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and grated lemon zest. Gradually add the eggs and then carefully fold in the flour and baking powder.

Line the baking tray with baking parchment paper, spread the mixture about 2 cm thick and cover it densely with fruit pieces of your choice so that the skin or peel is facing down. If you turn the fruit in flour beforehand, they will not sink to the bottom.

Bake at 160 °C (hot air) in the preheated oven for approx. 35-40 minutes.
