Root plant rinse and cut into larger pieces, halve the potato, add to the W. Form and fill with vegetable soup, season with salt and make light. Simmer spices for the last 10 min. Strain through a sieve and add sour cream. Sprinkle with freshly chopped kitchen herbs.

The resulting soup is very creamy, can be stretched with vegetable soup of your choice.

Our tip: If you like to cook with fresh herbs, it is best to get kitchen herbs in pots – so you always have everything ready!
