For the spinach-salmon roll, mix the creamed spinach with 2 eggs and the grated cheese. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Spread the spinach mixture thinly on a baking tray with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 20 minutes. As soon as the cheese takes on color, the spinach roll is ready. Allow to cool.

Spread with horseradish cream cheese and top with smoked salmon. Now roll up the spinach roll tightly and let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour. Cut off slices and serve with colorful lettuce and sour cream sauce.
