Instructions:

A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Beat eggs, sugar, butter and lemon zest with a mixer for about 3 min, then add cornflour and flour, fold in just briefly. Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet until smooth, bake.

Circuit:

180 to 200 degrees , 2nd slide bar v. U.

160 to 180 degrees , convection oven

approx. 25 min

Mix powdered sugar, juice of one lemon and liquid palmine to a smooth glaze and brush the cake with it while it is still warm.
