Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Prick the nectarines or peaches all around a few times with a fork, pour boiling water over them, stand for a minute, cool and peel. Score the fruit in the center all around up to the stone. Turn the two halves of the fruit slightly against each other, then separate them. Remove the stones.

Mix the almond kernels with honey in a small bowl. Finely grate the chocolate and add. Knead everything together with a fork to a firm paste, fill each fruit half with it. Repeatedly put two halves of the fruit together.

Brush a baking dish with butter. Place the peaches or nectarines one next to the other and drizzle with rum. Whip the cream until semi-solid and spread evenly over the fruit. Sprinkle each with a tablespoon of brown sugar. Place in the center of the oven and bake the peaches or nectarines for 20 minutes. Serve warm as a dessert.
