For the marinade:


Wash the lettuce, spin dry and pluck into bite-sized pieces.

For the marinade, mix all ingredients, pour into a well-sealed container and shake well.

Slice the carrots, kohlrabi and potatoes. Cut out Easter figures from them and from the smoked salmon and ham and cheese.

Mix the salad with the marinade and arrange on plates. Garnish with the cut out figures and flowers.
