For the Asian pan, first prepare the noodles. For the noodles, bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the egg noodles until al dente.

In the meantime, heat a pan with sesame oil and fry the meat in small cubes and season with salt and pepper. Along the way, chop the mushrooms and also add them to the pan with the meat and sauté.

Remove the water from the bamboo and bean sprouts and add them to the pan as well. Once the noodles are al dente, remove from the water and add to the rest of the ingredients in the pan.

Mix well. Sprinkle everything with a pinch of ground lemongrass.

For the sauce, bring a small pot with about 1/8 l of water to a simmer. Add 1/4 jar of peanut butter to the water along with the creme fraiche.

Add salt, pepper and stir well until a fine sauce is formed.
