Instructions:

Cut the Striezel slices into small pieces. Whisk milk, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar and eggs and pour over the Striezel slices.

Leave to stand for some time. Melt butter in a pan, fry the whole mass in it and let it soak.

Arrange and serve.
