For the Double Chocolate Cake, whisk together eggs, baking powder, sugar and butter until well blended. Sift in flour and stir in.

Melt 200 g of chocolate in a water bath and slowly stir into the batter.

Pour the dough into a pan that has been previously coated with oil and dusted with flour.

Bake for about 40 minutes at 190 °C in a preheated oven. Allow to cool well.

Then turn out the cake base onto a rack. Cut the cake base in half and spread with jam. Then reassemble.

Melt 300 g of chocolate with the butter in a water bath, stirring constantly until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Cover the entire cake with the liquid chocolate.

Let the chocolate coating dry and decorate the Double Chocolate Cake with spray whipped cream and sugar decorative flowers.
