Instructions:

For the chocolate mousse, melt the chocolate in a water bath and allow to cool slightly.

Whip the cream until stiff and refrigerate. Beat the eggs, vanilla sugar and sugar until frothy. Stir in chocolate and then fold in whipped cream.

Chill chocolate mousse for at least 2 hours, then serve.
